Nice plush mat, with very rich colors. I was surprised at how really nice it was. Time will tell how well it holds up with people wiping their feet on it. There is no tag on it that says whether or not you could machine wash it, but the backing is very stiff so I don't think you could actually get it into your washer without damaging it. It comes tightly rolled. I recommend unrolling it right away. If you are giving it as a gift and you want to keep it rolled so you can wrap it, I recommend rolling it back up from the other end, and rolling it more loosely. When I unrolled it, I noticed that about 1 inch from the end that was tightly rolled on the inside the tufted yarn was separated for about 6 inches in two different places, and I could see the backing. I simply re-rolled it in the other direction and within 20 minutes it was all smoothed out and fine. No permanent damage - it was just the way it was rolled up. I think laying it flat right away might have achieved the same result.love the color!!!!!!UPDATE: I’ve had my rug 19 months now. We keep it in front of an entryway of a room that is only occasionally used. The edging of the rug has started to peel off and the rug is fraying. The color is still great and matches our room decor wonderfully. But for a rug that is only walked across a few times a week, this has really not held up well. I would not buy this again.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The color of this rug is great. Though it more of a navy blue than a denim blue that was advertised, I do like the color. The thickness is nice also. It is soft on our feet and with a few non-slip strips has made a nice rug near the room’s entryway.My only complaint is the rug still does not lay down after we have had it for several weeks laying on the floor. We have tried laying something heavy on it, laying it upside down and vacuuming it several times. The curled edge makes for a trip hazard if we don't watch our step carefully. The intent had been for this to be used as an entry way rug in front of a door when guests came in off a porch, but we are afraid someone will fall. We have been picking it up whenever guests are coming to visit.QualityI love these colors and they look better than the picture on Amazon. This rug appears to be well made so I hope it will last a while. I put Scotchgard on it just because I have cats that tend to puke on throw rugs. I glue-gunned a rug pad on the bottom and it stays in place nicely. It vacuums up well too. So far it looks like a good value for the money. I'm not sure about the claim for "waterproof" though.I bought two of these rugs for inside front door and door from garage into the family room. I also bought pad for under to prevent rugs from slipping. I love the rug in both spots. It blends perfectly with family room rug as well. I can’t comment about easy to clean as I just put it down. I liked it well enough to order a second time when the first order appeared lost in transit. Seller was quick and easy to deal with in first refund. I am very happy with purchase. It is great re value for money as it fits well with expensive carpets that it coordinates with.You cannot go wrong and you will not ever find a rug this quality for this price! Especially with prime shipping, you cannot beat this! This is probably the fifth rug we bought in the same line of different sizes. We bought this one to cover most of the wood floor in the tv room if the house that we just moved into because our Chihuahuas have a hard time walking on the wood floor so this is perfect. It is massive! I believe it’s 8’ x 12’, the runners are awesome as well. You just spot clean and vacuum them you can obviously put them in the washing machine. They’re very stiff and mine does not slide around at all.It slides on wood, so you have to have a pad under it.I love the look and the low profile. I don't have much clearance and this fits the bill beautifully!I love the colours of this rug . I just wish there was more sizes available as I would definitely purchase moreI like the product, rug, it has very nice colors and feels durable.
