The rug is soft and washable but the image makes it look thicker but it is notI was satisfied with the color and softness but I washed it on cold delicate and once it was dried it hasn't layer straight...a trip hazard!Rug is way smaller in person.Nice and soft for the foot of the bed but when it came time to wash it I put it in the washer and air dried it it's inner and outer layers separated so it gets thrown out now. Don’t buy it!!As advertisedI just received the item and it is very soft top layer. It does not have any foam between the layer for comfort like my bath mats, but it's great that it's washable and has antislip on the back side. I hate rugs that slide around. It's not too thick so it makes it easy to go in the wash. If I want more cushion, I may use my kids puzzle foam mats underneath, but for now, it fits my purpose. It's a shorter sag fur rug.Bought it as a gift for a soft and washable surface for a baby to play on. It was plush and soft on top, thinner non-skid backing than my kitchen or bath mats. But easily machine washable was a requirement. It will serve its purpose well. Cost effective enough that even if it only lasts for only one kid’s use/abuse; it is worth it.Seems thin, but we bought it for our dog to lay on and she LOVES it. So we are amending our initial review.Really not worth the £34.99 I paidCame folded in a tiny package which proved how thin, cheap and overpriced it wasStill has deep fold marks in it after being laid down and walked over for 10+ daysWas purchased to cover a flawed patch in the middle of a very large carpet and wish I hadn’t of botheredHas no grip on the bottom so constantly moves / slides around on the carpetIf it was priced at £8-10 I’d have accepted the cheapness but a small rug at almost £35 makes me feel totally ripped off!Only plus point is that it’s a nice rich blue colourVery nice rug and soft. Hopfully lasts. But so far very pleased. I would prefer to see these send not folded up and rolled up like a rug should be. As the crease down the middle is still present several weeks later.Really nice rug, very soft and good anti slip on the bottom. Within an hour we had to wash it due to a spill (typical!) And accidentally washed on 40° which has shrunk the base by 4cm and the top has remained the same size so its wrinkled. Overall lovely rug, but make sure to wash on a cold wash!!Well, i didnt expect to be this thin and looking like a blacket, but for what it is does the job. A good thing about it very fluffy and cozy on walking over it
